We are looking for dependable and efficient Virtual Cashiers & Account Managers to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will manage customer transactions, oversee account activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely while playing a vital role in maintaining financial operations.
Hourly Pay: $16 – $22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
- Process customer payments, refunds, and account adjustments accurately.
- Verify and process billing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle any discrepancies or issues related to customer transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and account activities.
Account Management:
- Monitor customer accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including billing, payments, and account updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to their accounts.
- Provide assistance in setting up or updating account preferences and payment methods.
Customer Support & Relationship Building:
- Provide high-level support to customers regarding account-related questions or concerns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all account transactions and activities.
- Generate reports on account status, payments, and customer interactions as required.
- Assist in identifying trends in account management and transaction issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting or cashiering software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and account issues.
- Basic knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, account management, or customer service.
- Previous experience in a virtual or remote work setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and account management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or finance is a plus.
- Experience using financial software such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of payment systems, billing cycles, and financial compliance.
