Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to join our team. This role involves managing our brand’s online presence, crafting compelling content, and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social media trends, and can develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Hourly Pay: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and social copy that align with our brand voice.
- Design eye-catching graphics and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, style, and visual identity consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports marketing goals, product launches, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on content trends and innovate ideas to boost audience engagement.
Community Management:
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster meaningful interactions by engaging with followers and encouraging community participation.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and potential collaborators.
- Moderate discussions and ensure a positive and respectful community environment.
- Organize and execute online contests, giveaways, and engagement initiatives to build loyalty.
Social Media Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress to ensure goals are met.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine strategies.
- Optimize posting schedules, hashtags, and content formats based on analytics insights.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.
- Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.).
- Use analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, showcasing social media performance and future opportunities.
Skills Required:

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on social media.
- Experience working with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques is a plus.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership collaborations is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Understanding of emerging social media trends and technologies.
