Warehouse Associates:

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage inventory, fulfill orders, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Hourly Pay: $25 – $40 per hour (based on experience and location)

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, organize, and store inventory in the warehouse.
• Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of stock for easy access.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Ensure that all items are properly packaged and labeled for delivery.
• Assist in preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

Safety & Cleanliness:

• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and as needed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory, orders, and safety.
• Assist with the unloading and storage of incoming shipments.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory management, or similar roles is preferred but not required.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed.
